She is a creative thinker, who excels in communication and negotiating. Paired with an MBA, and flair for design she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. When she has a vision, you can often find her dedicated to the research needed and collaborating with like-minded individuals to get a job done.

She believes that investing in real estate is a team effort in which you must form alliances in the community. Ivete finds the search for a house just as enjoyable as closing a deal. She knows that a home is not just a house but a place where family gathers and connects.
