

We’re closing out the height of the summer selling season here in Summit County, and the market has been moving steadily. August home sales were up 4% compared to August 2024, and the average sold price increased by 5% year-over-year. Looking at the bigger picture, year-to-date sales are trending 5% higher than last year, with the county’s average sold price up 3%.
Breaking it down by property type, single-family home sales are leading the way with a 10% increase, and their average sold price is up 2.6% to $2,473,149. Townhome sales have held steady in number, though the average sold price has climbed by 2%. Condominiums have also shown growth, with sales up 5% and the average sold price rising 1% to $873,946.
Overall, Summit County continues to show healthy demand across all property types, with modest but consistent price growth as we move into the fall season.
